The 2020 Kia Soul has built on its success with a redesigned exterior and a new base level powertrain for this third-generation Soul. The Kia Soul comes in six different trim levels: the base model LX, S, X-Line, GT-Line, EX, and GT-Line Turbo.

While the base LX comes standard with a six-speed manual transmission, the CVT automatic is an option and standard with the higher trim levels featuring the 2.0 liter four-cylinder engine. This engine gives you 147-horsepower with 132 lb-ft of torque. All Souls have front-wheel-drive. As far as safety features go, the Kia Soul LX has a rearview camera as well as hill start assist.

The Kia Soul S trim also gives you alloy wheels as an upgrade over the standard steel ones, and an upgraded upholstery of cloth.

The EX trim level will provide many popular features as standard, like the 17-inch wheels, a distinctive triangular grille, and handy heated mirrors, plus foglights, daytime LED running lights and keyless entry and start. Also included are features like heated front seats, a steering wheel that's leather-wrapped, and a dual-zone automatic climate control system to keep everyone comfy and happy. In the back, you'll find adjustable rear headrests, a center armrest, and a cargo cover and removable cargo floor.

With tech and entertainment, you'll be glad to see such options as a wireless charging pad, a second USB port, and an infotainment system. This system includes navigation, voice controls, and a 10.3-inch touchscreen. Satellite and HD radio are also included.

Top-of-the-Line 2020 Kia Soul Trims

With the GT-Line of the Kia Soul, you'll enjoy unique 18-inch wheels, gloss-black mirrors, and a sporty leather-wrapped steering wheel. Safety features like lane departure warning, drowsy driver alert, and the forward-collision warning system with automatic emergency braking are all standard equipment on the GT-Line. With this trim level, you can opt for the GT-Line Sunroof Package which includes a sunroof for fresh air and sunshine, a wireless charging pad, and a blind-spot monitor, as well as keyless start and entry.

The top-of-the-line GT-Line Turbo adds a more powerful engine, the turbocharged 1.6 liter four-cylinder with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. This engine provides 201-horsepower and 195 lb-ft of torque. The GT-Line Turbo has 18-inch wheels, LED lighting with headlights, taillights and fog lights included, and a sporty, chrome exhaust.
