The 2019 Kia Stinger is a modern sports sedan that is a pure joy to drive. It’s comfortable, has excellent performance capabilities, and makes driving both safe and fun. This year, there are several Trim Levels of the 2019 Kia Stinger available to consumers. These trim levels are the base model 2.0L, the Premium, the GT, the GTS, the GT1 and the GT2. Today we’re going to highlight some of our favorite features found on each trim level of the 2019 Kia Stinger.

2019 Kia Stinger Trim Level Features and Capabilities

The base model, one of many Trim Levels of the 2019 Kia Stinger, features a 2.0L twin scroll direct injection turbocharged four-cylinder engine and is able to reach up to 255 horsepower. It also features all wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic transmission. Performance junkies will be thrilled that the base model comes standard with high performance dampers, MacPherson strut front suspension with a stabilizer bar and rear multi-link suspension.

Inside you will find more exciting available features such as easy audio access through Bluetooth and other services, an auto-dimming rear view mirror, a 15-speaker Harman/Kardon® QuantumLogic™ premium audio system, and that’s just the start of it. There are interior safety features available like rear cross-traffic collision warning, lane change assist, and blind spot collision warning. You will even find options for comfortable leather trim seating with plenty of seat customization for the drive and front passenger. To us, the base model 2019 Kia Stinger is already a luxury sports sedan, and things only get better from here.

Trim Levels and Premium Features of the 2019 Kia Stinger

On the Premium trim level, you will have access to luxurious features like a sunroof with a power sunshade, sound-absorbing front door windows, and mirror-mounted LED turn signal indicators. There are more features to increase both comfort and convenience like a folding center armrest with cup holders, and a rear camera display with dynamic guidelines.

Mounted on the steering wheel you will find available features like paddle shifters and audio and cruise controls, while on the outside you could find features like dual chrome exhaust tips, satin silver functional side vents, and dual-lens full LED headlights. This trim level truly is premium, and it is only the second of six.

2019 Kia Stinger Trim Level Performance

The Stinger GT option of Trim Levels of the 2019 Kia Stinger is where things get taken up a notch with a new engine, this time a 3.3L turbocharged V6 with limited slip differential and idle stop and go. This engine is able to reach up to 365 horsepower and 376 lb.-ft. of torque. It also features dynamic torque vectoring control, direct injection, and continuously variable valve timing.

The GT also brings it when it comes to comfort, offering a heated leather-wrapped sport-style steering wheel as well as heated front seats. It has alloy pedals, under-floor storage, and dual zone automatic climate control air conditioning. This GT trims also have a unique exterior design that is not shared by the previous trim levels.


Trim Level Amenities of the 2019 Kia Stinger

The GTS continues to add more features, some of which are available on previous trims but found standard on the GTS. Included with the GTS is a wireless phone charging station, a 12-way power adjustable driver’s seat with four-way adjustable lumbar support, and functional carbon fiber side vents. Also found on the outside of the GTS are power-folding heated carbon fiber side mirrors, a carbon fiber front grille, and the smart welcome system for convenient lit entry at night.

Some of our favorite features found on the GT1 include auto-dimming side mirrors that help protect you from harmful glare at night, as well as stylish and functional black chrome side vents. The GT front grille is also made from black chrome, while the hood trim is a high gloss black. You’ll have access to rain-sensing intermittent windshield wipers, and multi-color accent LED lighting on the inside. The GT1 is one of our favorite trim levels on the 2019 Kia Stinger, but we aren’t quite done yet.

The highest quality trim level available for this year’s Stinger is the GT2, and with it you will find standout features like heated rear outboard seats in addition to the front seats, a state of the art heads up display for driver information, and a luxury Nappa leather seat trim. The GT2 is outfitted with Brembo® brakes, includes a smart power trunk and a surround view monitor that gives you full vision around your vehicle. This is the utmost of luxury when it comes to the Kia Stinger.
